Childcare:

Childcare will be provided for children 0 - 3rd grade at the Marriott, if requested. Childcare requests need to be made by September 25, 2026; if no one requests childcare by then it will not be available.

NOTE: Childcare is available during the business portion of Convention and during the banquet. Parents will need to pick children up for lunch (provided) on Saturday, between the business portion and banquet Saturday afternoon, and immediately following the banquet Saturday evening. Childcare for other times may be provided but would need to be set up with providers on your own.

Youth Lock-In:

Youth Lock-In is for youth 4th - 8th grade, whose parents/guardians are attending Convention.
Drop off at Downtown Marriott on Saturday, October 24 between 8:00-9:00am
Pick-Up at Downtown Marriott on Sunday, October 25 at 9:00am

Youth Delegation & Visitors:

9th-12th graders can sign up to be a part of the Youth Delegation at Convention. Youth who are 16+ and confirmed can register to be a delegate at convention meaning they have seat, voice, and vote. They can speak and vote on resolutions to make change in the church they are a part of right now. Youth who are younger can register to be a visitor. They will take part in all of the same activities and learn the processes of convention before being able to be a delegate.

Youth will need to arrive between 5:30-6:30pm on Friday, October 23 at the Downtown Marriott.

Cost $50 and will cover hotel stay for 2 nights, 2 breakfasts (Saturday & Sunday), 1 lunch and 1 dinner (Saturday). Delegate registration and visitor registration will close September 25, 2026.
