Childcare:

Childcare will be provided for children 0 - 3rd grade at the Marriott, if requested. Childcare requests need to be made by October 9, 2025; if no one requests childcare by then it will not be available.

Youth Lock-In:

Youth Lock-In is for youth 4th - 8th grade.
Drop off at Downtown Marriott on Saturday, November 8 between 8:00-9:00am
Pick-Up at Downtown Marriott on Sunday, November 9 at 9:00am

Youth Delegation & Visitors:

9th-12th graders can sign up to be a part of the Youth Delegation at Convention. Youth who are 16+ and confirmed can register to be a delegate at convention meaning they have seat, voice, and vote. They can speak and vote on resolutions to make change in the church they are a part of right now. Youth who are younger can register to be a visitor. They will take part in all of the same activities and learn the processes of convention before being able to be a delegate.

Youth will need to arrive between 5:30-6:30pm on Friday, November 7 at the Downtown Marriott.

Cost $50 and will cover hotel stay for 2 nights, 2 breakfasts (Saturday & Sunday), 1 lunch and 1 dinner (Saturday). Registration will close October 17, 2025.
