Hotel Room Group Rate:

Hotel rooms are NOT included with your certification nor registration - you must book directly with the hotel. Reservation requires a credit card.

Episcopal Convention Rate for 2026: $142 (plus tax) per night, for stays October 23-25. This special rate is only available until September 25th.

Parking:

  • On-site Marriott valet: $38 (plus tax) per day

  • Nearest garage: 9th & Locust - all city-owned parking garages charge $1 per hour with a daily max of $10 (excluding special events) - city interactive parking map with rates here

  • Street parking: find and pay using the Park DSM app $0.25-1.75 per hour from 9am-9pm, Monday - Saturday

What to Bring:

  • Refillable water bottle

  • An electronic device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) and charger for voting if you are a delegate

  • Comfortable shoes (for Saturday's dance party!). Dance party dress is informal - wear whatever you're wearing to the banquet/whatever you're comfortable in - come as you are! We'll have a DJ playing medium to upbeat songs for our dancing enjoyment, zero dance skill required.

 

Restaurants Nearby:

Please note that dinner on Friday October 23 and breakfast on Saturday October 24 are NOT included as part of Convention. If you’ll be in town during these meal times, we encourage you to check out one of the many local options available.

Saturday Breakfast

There is a grab & go with a small Starbucks in the lobby of the Marriott. But if you’re looking for something off-site before Plenary 1 starts at 9AM, here are a few suggestions.

(Note: if you see “East” in front of the street name, that means it’s located in nearby East Village, about a 5min drive from the Marriott. This information is provided as a courtesy, but individuals should confirm options.)
