The Budget Process

The Diocesan Budget process begins in the spring with the Ways & Means Committee working with the Board of Directors to create a draft discussion budget. During the late summer this draft discussion budget is made available for review and comments. After considering this input and updated information, the Board of Directors approves a proposed budget at their September meeting that is presented to delegates for approval at Diocesan Convention in October.

The Board of Directors has approved a 2027 PROPOSED BUDGET for approval by delegates at the Diocesan Convention on Saturday, October 24.

Delegates to the Convention should plan to attend one of the Pre-Convention Hearings scheduled for Thursday, October 1 at 6pm or Saturday, October 3 at 10am. Delegates will receive the Zoom link as part of their registration. If you do not plan to attend convention but would like to attend the hearing, click here to sign up.
