Childcare for children up through age 10

Childcare (staffed by professional childcare staff) will be available during track times for children and youth through 10 years old, if it’s requested by May 31st. This is not a programmed time, but will be time for kids to play and build friendships with other kids across the diocese. If no one requests childcare by May 31st, it will not be available at the event.

YOUTH Ages 11 and Up

Youth ages 11+ are welcome to attend with their family, and will be under parent/guardian supervision. Parents need to inform the Youth Missioner of their plans for their child(ren) during their scheduled track times.

TRACKS: Youth are welcome to join any numbered track where they’ll be treated like an adult in that regular learning track.

There will be no lock-in at St. Paul's this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately we do not have the staffing available with EPIC Summer Camp starting the following week.

For all minors younger than 18:

  • A signed Medical, Media, and Photo Release form is required.

  • The minor’s parent/guardian is ultimately responsible for their supervision on campus

  • Pre-registration along with their parent/guardian’s registration form is required
