Enjoy buffet-style dining and college dorm rooms as part of the Ministry School & Retreat experience!

Meals:

Meals are served buffet style in the JRC. There is always enough variety of delicious foods that any diet can be satisfied, although a heads-up for special diets will help us prepare for your needs. Meal tickets for the meals you’ve ordered with your registration will be distributed with your nametag. Costs per meal are listed on the Registration page.

Lodging

Air-Conditioned Dorm rooms with communal bathrooms on each floor.

  • Some floors of the dorms are single gender and some are co-ed (for families and married couples) with gender specific bathrooms

  • Dorm rooms have a maximum of 2 twin XL-sized beds.

  • Children & Youth: in some rooms there is enough floor space for 1 or 2 kids to sleep on the floor. Children cannot stay in a room unless a parent or guardian is present. Please note on your registration form if you will be bringing any child sleeping arrangement that may require extra floor space (i.e. a crib or more than one child) so we can assign appropriately sized rooms.

Bring your own bedroll and towels - we encourage you to bring your own not only for your own comfort (small scratchy towels are a thing), but we’ve had some issues with linen packs in the past.

OR pay (with your registration) to buy a linen pack for the weekend which includes: 1 Blanket, 2 Twin XL sheets, a pillow and pillowcase, 2 towels and a washcloth.
